Salary: up to £55000 depending on experience plus overtime and callout
Hours: 41.25 hours a week

Undertake planned preventative maintenance, servicing, and repair works across various contracts.
Provide boiler/combustion servicing and repair works, including low/high-pressure boilers, steam boilers, and hot water heating systems.
Replace defective valves, filters, or steam gauges.
Monitor boiler systems for safe operation and facilitate periodic cleaning.
Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and sub-contractors to maintain excellent relationships.
Liaise with internal teams for smooth job progression and attend call-outs during normal hours and as part of the out-of-hours rota.

Combustion systems and HVAC plant (A/C, boilers, controls, heating/cooling systems).
Building services and Health & Safety awareness.
Understanding of Legionella compliance.
CCN1, CEN1 (E), CODNCO1, OFTEC qualification preferred for Engineers.
Improvers should have a commercial tickets for at least 2-3 years.
Valid driving licence.
Good communication and time management skills.
Self-motivated, organised, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
