We are expanding and now seeking a driven Business Development Manager to play a key role in growing our client base, securing profitable contracts, and building strong relationships with both new and existing customers.

Key Responsibilities
Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities.
Manage your own sales pipeline and take ownership of revenue targets.
Generate and follow up leads, delivering compelling bids and proposals.
Build relationships with facilities managers, agents, and end users.
Negotiate and close deals at both operational and board level.
Conduct site surveys and prepare asset schedules in partnership with our Estimating Team.
Prepare and present proposals and tender submissions.
Proven track record in sales/business development, ideally in maintenance, M&E, or facilities services.
Commercially astute with strong technical awareness.
Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong IT skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
A collaborative team player who can also work independently.
