We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join our expanding building services team. This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of a diverse portfolio of contracts and play a key role in delivering high-quality service across London and the South East.
About the Role:
As Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for the mobilisation, delivery, and performance of multiple contracts. You will manage routine planned maintenance works, subcontractors, and client relationships, ensuring high standards and profitability. You will also lead a team of engineers, supporting their development and ensuring smooth operations across sites.
Location: Slough (with travel across London and the South East)

Manage all aspects of contract delivery from mobilisation to completion
Monitor engineer reports and quotations for additional works
Organise and oversee subcontractors
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Ensure all documentation and reporting is accurate and timely
Uphold Health & Safety standards across your portfolio
Lead, support, and develop a team of engineers
Collaborate with internal support teams
Assist in recruitment and onboarding of new team members
Proven experience managing building services maintenance contracts
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and organisational abilities
A client-focused mindset with a proactive approach
Sound knowledge of building services and mechanical plant
Health & Safety training
Full UK driving licence
Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook
