We are currently seeking a Semi-Static Mobile Engineer (Electrical Bias) to join our growing team, servicing six high-end luxury commercial, residential, and office buildings in central London. All sites are within short walking distance of each other, so no driving licence is required travel between locations is on foot.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of working within premium environments and be confident in dealing with high-end clients, maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and discretion

Salary: up to £50,000 depending on experience

Undertake planned preventative maintenance, servicing, and repair works across various contracts.
Oversee subcontractor visits to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
Learn and maintain full knowledge of the assets and operations of each building.
Report all faults directly to Anpora/Acorn only; do not report faults to clients or tenant staff.
Work closely with the Lead Engineer and Facilities Manager to ensure smooth operations and excellent service.
Report daily to the Lead Engineer on progress and issues.
Hold weekly meetings with the Anpora UK Facilities Manager to review work and coordinate activities.
Build rapport with Anpora UK Limited staff and tenants, fostering positive working relationships.
Attend call-outs during normal working hours and be available for weekend overtime.
Organise work and time efficiently to support the team and business needs.
Maintain punctual site attendance, be well-presented, and wear relevant PPE and clothing.
Complete and submit clear, concise, and accurate reports on work carried out and any further work required.
Maintain log books and relevant documentation for tasks completed.
Communicate regularly with Contract Managers regarding job progress
Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical (M&E) building services
Experience with HVAC systems, boilers, heating and cooling systems, controls, and ventilation
Understanding of Legionella control and general Health & Safety regulations
Good communication and time management skills.
Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a "can-do" attitude.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to make calculated assessments of breakdowns and act accordingly.
City & Guilds in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification.
Time-served mechanical/maintenance engineer (apprenticeship).
Electrical qualifications (17th/18th Edition Wiring Regulations).
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
